GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Condiciones de alquiler

1.	Las personas que alquilen equipo de kitesurf/wingfoil/windsurf/surf/sup o tomen clases aceptan lo siguiente: que pueden nadar al menos quince minutos.
2.	La persona que alquile el equipo debe estar en buena salud y no estar bajo la influencia de drogas o alcohol.
3.	Los huéspedes alquilan o toman clases de kitesurf/wingfoil/windsurf/surf/sup bajo su propia responsabilidad.
4.	Por favor, preste atención a los consejos de nuestro instructor. No alquilarán equipo si consideran que las condiciones son peligrosas.
5.	Nuestro objetivo es tener el mejor equipo disponible para ti y tratar de mantenerlo en las mejores condiciones posibles. Por favor, ayúdanos tratando el equipo con cuidado.
6.	No se podrá alquilar ni dar clases sin un documento de inscripción válido y debidamente firmado.

He leído esta exoneración de responsabilidad, renuncia de derechos legales y asunción de riesgos, entiendo completamente su contenido.

1. I acknowledge that kitesurf/windsurf/wingfoil/sup/surf are an action sport and reactional activity involving travel in three dimensions and such activity is subject to mishap and even injury.

2. I hereby release and discharge SALAO WATERSPORTS FUERTEVENTURA and their employees and owners of equipment and the land for kitesurf/wingfoil/windsurf/surf/sup activities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may hereafter have for injuries, disability, or death, or damages arising out my participation in kitesurf/wingfoil/windsurf/surf/sup activities, including, but not limited to, losses caused by the negligence of the released parties. 

3. I understand and acknowledge that kitesurf/windsurf/surf/wingfoil/sup activities have inherent dangers that no amount of care, instruction, or expertise can eliminate. I expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of death or personal injury sustained while participating in kitesurf/wingfoil/windsurf/surf/sup activities whether caused by the negligence of the released parties. 

4. I further agree that I will not sue or make a claim against the released parties for damages or other losses sustained because of my participation in kitesurf/wingfoil/windsurf/surf/sup activities. 

5. I also agree to indemnify and hold the released parties harmless from claims, judgments, and costs, including attorney’s fees, incurred in connection with any action brought because of my participation in kitesurf/wingfoil/windsurf/surf/sup activities. 

6. I will take full responsibility for and hold harmless released parties for any injury that I may suffer or inflict upon others or their property because of my engaging in kitesurf/wingfoilwindsurf/surf/sup activities. 

7.I agree that I will operate the said kitesurf/wingfoil/sup equipment in a reasonable and safe manner so as not endanger the lives of persons or property of any individual. 

8.I further represent that I am at least 18 years of age or that as the parent or legal guardian I waive and release all legal rights that may accrue to me or to my minor child as the result of any injury that my son or daughter may suffer while engaging in kitesurf/wingfoil/windsurf/surf/sup activities.
 
Rental conditions 

1. On signature of the enrollment form, persons hiring kitesurf/wingfoil/windsurf/surf/sup equipment or taking lesson agree to the following: that they can swim for at least fifteen minutes. 
2. The person renting equipment must be in good health and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. 
3. Guests rent or take kitesurf/wingfoil/windsurf/surf/sup classes under their own responsibility. 
4. Please pay attention to the advice of our instructor. They will not rent equipment if they consider the conditions to be dangerous. 
5. We aim to have the best equipment available for you and try to maintain it in the best possible condition. Please help us by treating the gear carefully. 
6. No hiring or teaching may be undertaken without valid and properly undersigned registration document. 

I have read this release of liability, waiver of legal rights, and assumption of risk, fully understand its contents.
